Jeremy A. Kogan

Jeremy Kogan is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes.

Jeremy represents clients in federal and state courts across the country in actions involving business torts, breach of contract, fraud, and employment matters. Jeremy has significant experience in all aspects of litigation including case management, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and settlements.

Jeremy graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago Law School, where he served as Publications Editor for the Loyola Consumer Review.
