Victoria Pacey-Minneman

Victoria Pacey-Minneman is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Business Counseling Practice Group and a member of the Technology and Intellectual Property area.  She focuses her practice on intellectual property, specifically trademark prosecution, litigation, licensing, enforcing, and defending trademark rights. Victoria also counsels clients with commercial agreements, intellectual property licensing, and technology transactions.

Victoria obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida – Frederic G. Levin College of Law.
